As we age, our practices need to change. The hard part may be accepting that this is true! But the fun part is letting our curiosity lead us to solutions that are kind yet strong, simple yet informed. Practices that meet us and move us towards optimal health and connection to self.
Private sessions are a safe and effective means for customizing a yoga practice to meet a client exactly where they are in body, mind and spirit. Private instruction empowers clients to apply what they learn from one-on-one instruction to their own personal practices whether at home or in a public group class.
Having begun my own personal practice in 2001 as a result of a back injury, I aim to offer sustainable practices for real bodies. Whether you are new to yoga or looking to bolster your current practice, consider a private lesson package.
