A mid-week retreat for body and mind
Open to the Public
A strong, yet playful, hybrid class combining yoga inspired postures and mindfulness meditation. This one hour class will begin with movement “flows” designed to strengthen, lengthen, and stabilize, followed by a few minutes in deep rest, and ending in seated mindfulness meditation practice.
*March classes will highlight postures that help relieve tightness/stiffness in the low back area.
Whether new to yoga and mindfulness practice or a returning student, class is appropriate for folks who are comfortable moving between being on the floor and standing. Practice may also include foundational Buddhist concepts and breathwork.
Come nourish your well-being, contentment, and peace inside.
*Please note: this class does not support low back injury management.
Individual Class: $20
March Pass: $72 ($18/class)
*Pass expires end of the month**One class from the March Pass is transferable to April Pass
***Please bring a yoga mat. Other props will be helpful and while I do have a few to share, if you already have a yoga strap, yoga block, or seated meditation cushion do bring them along.

Using bolsters, props and the wall, we will explore relaxing postures where we can deepen our awareness to the inner mysteries of our inner landscape and create a new relationship with gratitude.
